concern\u2019;<\/li>\n<li>adviseren over de inrichting van het team in relatie tot de huisvestingsportefeuille;<\/li>\n<li>werven van medewerkers en nieuwe (opvolgende) teamleider;<\/li>\n<li>leidinggeven aan het team, coaching en ondersteunen van medewerkers, R&amp;O gesprekken, personele zaken;<\/li>\n<li>Het mede bewaken van en input leveren voor de uitvoering van het (geactualiseerde) strategisch vastgoedplan en het transitieprogramma vastgoed;<\/li>\n<li>stroomlijnen van processen en (project)organisatie;<\/li>\n<li>onderhouden van interne en externe contacten vanuit de rol van teamleider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Periode: maart 2019 \u2013 september 2020, parttime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plek in de organisatie: gezondheidszorg vanuit verschillende vestigingen in onder meer Utrecht, Zeist, Den Dolder, Woerden en Nieuwegein. Ze verlenen professionele zorg en specialistische behandeling aan mensen met een ernstige en complexe psychiatrische ziekte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een flink aantal programma\u2019s en projecten op het gebied van vastgoed en huisvesting moet vorm worden gegeven. Eind 2019 is het Strategisch Vastgoedplan, met een doorloop tot en met 2027, herijkt en vastgesteld.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>UITDAGENDE PORTEFEUILLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De uitwerking ervan in het Transitieprogramma Vastgoed kent een ambitieuze planning en maakt het mogelijk het vastgoed van Altrecht duurzaam en toekomstbestendig geschikt te maken voor het herstel van onze pati\u00ebnten en voor een veilige en prettige werkomgeving voor onze medewerkers. Het programma heeft een investeringsportefeuille van circa 70-80 miljoen euro. Tot het programma behoren verschillende projecten voor kwaliteitsverbetering, grootschalige renovaties en gebiedsontwikkeling met een fors (vervangend) nieuwbouwprogramma.
